As a certified Sleep Sense consultant, I believe in healthy sleep habits for a happy, healthy child who can thrive during this crucial time of development. I want to create a sleep plan for you and your child that you feel comfortable with to accommodate your parenting style. Will there be crying? Of course, that is your little one’s only way to protest change. There will be some small amount of protest, but I will never ask you to ignore your little one. The Sleep Sense strategy provides you with the knowledge and motivation about WHY sleep is so important, an easy to follow plan based on your child, and expectations to measure success.
