Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy with prepaid shipping labels for your convenience. Please note, returns and exchanges are for store credit only due to the nature of our business. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange and to receive a prepaid shipping label.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 30 days from receipt.

Donate It!

DO LA LA has partnered with Hope House Colorado, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of teen mothers. Donating an item goes directly to a teen mom in need. You have 90 days to donate an item. To be eligible to donate, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

It is FREE to donate items, we provide a prepaid shipping label. Contact us to initiate the donation process.
